I tried asking for a sit down with Dr. Felice, so we could negotiate something to make everyone at least semi-happy and try to correct some of the issues I had and they stood by saying they felt they did everything they could have. Dr. Felice refused to call me or sit down with me to talk. Absolutely... unprofessional. If you're thinking of surgery... I suggest you go somewhere else. Don't see him because he is cheaper. Not to mention they won't care if you're unhappy with your results or if you're botched. I paid well over 10 grand...WELL over... and ended up terrible results. Couldn't fit my entire review here. Review it on Google and proceed with caution

Very clean office with the staff are very friendly and professional. My injections are fine but there are some lumpy areas under my lips and I am not sure if they will desolve . Otherwise all is good.

Best decision I ever made! You'll start with a call to the office, Speak with Chantelle who works her hardest to get an appointment that fits your schedule, not the other way around. Then you'll meet Kelsey, Super knowledgeable with procedures & products. Then you meet Dr. Felice. He sits down & really listens to your questions & concerns. I had a couple of things done my 1st visit. I could not get my 2nd appt soon enough! He's a great Dr & a great guy. You'll feel sooo comfortable here. He was highly recommended to me thru another Physician...And now I recommend him to anyone with 2 ears! LOL

I've been having laser hair removal appointments with Kelsey for the past few months, and the service is fantastic! Kelsey is thorough and efficient. She does her job extremely well and is also a pleasure to work with. Its been such a great experience that I've decided to continue on with laser hair removal on other parts of my body!
