I’m in good hands! I feel taken care of, and that is such a comforting feeling at a time when everything is so foreign to me. I’ve never suffered a major injury in my entire 57 years, so I had no idea what I was in for — the uncertainty was a little scary, I’m not gonna lie! Dr. Bissell and his team (Jim, Christal, Stephanie, Michelle, to name a few…) were very calming. They eased my anxiety with their expertise, gentleness and compassion. I felt adequately informed of my situation and all my options. They answered questions before I asked them. They convinced me that there’s no stupid questions and never made me feel like a burden for asking them. Every bit of my care was seamless. Scheduling was easy and timely. The orchestration between medical agencies was taken care of for me. I basically just had to show up! In these times of staffing shortages and overworked caregivers, I never experienced a bad attitude or a jaded personality and I am so grateful for that. I couldn’t ask to be in better hands. Truly.

I would highly recommend Dr Bissell and his practice. My surgery and post operative care went off without a hitch and I am on the road to complete recovery. I never felt like I was being rushed and everything was clearly explained along the way.

The best!!! I had a complex lateral torn meniscus that was 40% torn. Dr. Bissell repaired my meniscus good as new! I am 2 months post surgery out and I feel AMAZING! Very professional and a fantastic surgeon.

On time for appointment. Pleasant, caring doctor. Explained everything very clearly. Also did successful surgery on wife's knee when 2 others misdiagnosed her problem.
