**personal experience**Wouldn't come here again. First visit felt very impersonal. Especially during the ultrasound, everything was waaay too fast. Just the snapping of pictures and measuring the baby. Almost like she's so used to doing this process- she had no consideration that my husband and I were 1st time parents. We left disappointed for sure. The receptionist didn't seem too happy either. Very rough when speaking as well.Maybe I went there on a bad day? With a few exceptions, I've had a string of so-so OB/GYNs my whole life as I move frequently and it's often been a source of frustration and disappointment. This office was such a refreshing change!! Dr. Mack was so careful to listen, ask questions, and really understand the issue I came in with. She was beyond helpful and had a plan of attack with various solutions. I can't remember the last time I left a doctors office feeling so hopeful and happy.

Dr. Levine and DR. Mack are both great. There are also midwives available which I have used previously during 2 pregnancy. The staff are friendly and respectful. I prefer this location and over the Hartford location due to parking and trying to located the floor that they're on.

If referred for a Sleep Study - find another service. Several unanswered call backs and communications were horrible, on-hold time. Staff not willing to listen to patient issues concerning the test, referred to a CPAP vendor with a diagnosis unknown to the CPAP vendor, listing wrong primary care physician information, Starling ordered equipment without informing patient. Contacted by Starling for a 3 month follow-up, but never received any equipment or treatment . Paid cash in full for test - then billed additionally for more.
