Could not have had a better experience at a dentist office. Receptionist was helpful and cheerful. Nurse/Aide was very nice and professional explaining what was going to happen during consultation. Doctor very professional and made sure I understood what was going to happen at the next visit. Answered all questions. Would highly recommend Doctor Meriam and his staff to anyone.

Dr. Miriam is kind and personable. The staff is the same. Appreciate the thorough explanation of the procedure and the promptness of the appointment. We are fortunate to have a good doctor like this in our community. He also took care of my husbands implant with an equally good experience.

I didn't get explained what my post procedure will be. After my procedure I found out that I need to rest for 24 h in order to put ice in my cheek. I had to work next day. I ended with a lot of pain, hard and a big swelling in my cheek. No one explained what was involved. I got the feeling that patient care wasn't that important .

We saw Dr Meriam in Norwich location for some extractions for my 7 year old son. He was very thorough and kind. The staff and nurses and assistants were amazing and took such good care of my baby!
