Love Dr Beiner and Lauren and the rest of his staff. I love my visits. How many people can say that. No more pain I was in pain for 2 years seven days. Constant pain in neck and back. I had to go by all the rules of Aetna Insurance. They are awful. Dr Beiner tried so many times over a year to get clearance for surgery. He made the time to talk to a panel to get approval. They wouldn’t budge. I tried everything they wanted first and they still denied insurance. Changed insurance companies and I was in surgery in 3 months and 8 days. Woke up from surgery and the fusion not only helped my neck and pain free but relieved the lower back pain and avoided another surgery for the back. Now it’s 9 months and 7 days and pain free from when I woke up with surgery. No pain medicine. And you must have it done at MidState Hospital on the Spinal Institute in Meriden CT and have the neurosurgeon Dr Patrick Tomak with him. Then Lauren and staff at office are a delight

Very dismissive. No help whatsoever. This Ortho group (other than a handful) must require arrogance to be admitted!

Don't understand the 1 star ratings? He's been fantastic for my wife and I. I would highly recommend his practice. Very pleased. He's very direct and to the point, explains options and his assistant, Lauren, handles scheduling and insurance matters extremely well.

Long wait to make appointment. Everything else was awesome. Loved Dr. Sandowsky and all the staff were great. The office is so clean it sparkles! The "bedside manner" of Dr. Sandowsky was excellent. Caring, interested, and intelligent.
