Dr. Kramer was understanding of my life style. He was empathic with my concerns. Thoroughly explained my options. I am very pleased with this entire practice - having had both knees replaced. I trusted Dr. Lynch and I trust Dr. Kramer to have my best interests in mind.

Spent a grand total of 2.5 minutes with me. Did not let me describe my concerns. Very brusque, condescending. Will be changing docs. Was supposed to call in my meds - it has been over 24 hours and they still have not been called in.

Dr. Kramer, whom I saw as a patient for the first time for neck pain (however am a returning orthopedic patient in this practice) was considerate and listened carefully while I explained my condition. His treatment plan was THOROUGHLY discussed with me and we decided that the conservative route was the best approach. Starting with Prednisone tablets first...and only 2 days later, I am already feeling relief after experiencing almost 2 weeks of agony. Hopefully, if this positive sign continues, I can avoid further treatment. I have the UTMOST confidence and respect in Dr. Kramer and his abilities to treat my condition.

I had a lower back fusion back in 1989. It was done by Dr Sella and Dr Kramer. It helped me very much. You will never be 100%. I was back at work within 6 months. For me it worked. You will have some bad days but the good days out number the bad ones. We always remember the bad ones the most. Be positive and do what they tell you to do and in most cases you will get better. It takes time.

CT Orthopaedics is such a fine medical organization, so do ask for a different doctor. Dr K is dismissive of patient, and their family concerns, disinterested in changing a POC that is no longer effective, does not even return calls to other physicians/hospital. He saw my spouse for 2 yrs, out of our loyalty to CT Orthopaedic, and he is well-educated, but was our major mistake. Posting only to encourage others to seek other fine physicians@ CT Ortho.
