I wish every doctor's office could mirror the caring and professionalism I experienced with Dr. Tomak and the Connecticut Orthopaedics! I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. I was so happy about this. The staff was kind and professional. I was struggling with my crutches, and the team was there to help me out. The check-in process was made simple, and they helped me carry my belongings into the room.Dr. Tomak's staff were compassionate, and they explained what would happen each step of the visit. I only waited for about three minutes between seeing the support staff and seeing Dr. Tomak. She came in and was aware of my situation. She asked me questions and provide detailed answers regarding my condition and my treatment options. I was impressed by their prompt responses, but I never felt rushed.Her admin assistant helped me out. She explained the steps that I needed to take so that I would be able to have the surgery that I needed next week.

Everyone was efficient and professional. I was glad to see social distancing still in place. Dr. Tomak described and explained my diagnosis and even shared my Xray. I left with everything I needed to recover.
