She is a very nice and knowledgeable doctor. The overall experience was very poor for myself and for my daughter who had her first gyn appt the same day. Front desk check in was cold and lack luster, nurse was behind schedule, seemed overwhelmed with yet another protocol and frazzled. I waited awhile to get an appt that I pay a lot of money for because I have a high deductible and don’t feel like it was worth it at all. Overall negative and bland experience and maybe that is just the sad state of the Covid world we now live in. I felt terribly for my daughter and don’t feel she left with any kind of report or confidence in her doctor or woman’s health. She will find it difficult to return even if she had a problem. Feel free to call me to discuss. I would not share my experience with others- but thought you should know.
