Diren Arsoy's Online Review Report Card

As an associate clinical professor at the Yale School Medicine, who has both collaborated with and supervised numerous pyhsicians, as well as been a patient of his as well , in my view, Diren Arsoy, MD, is exceptional. His doctor/patient relationships are excellent. He listens attentively, does not rush, is genuinely concerned with his patients' issues and engenders trust. Clinically, when he operated in the Emergency Room on my very damaged, splintered femur, the results of a tennis accident, another orthopedist at the Hospital for Special Surgery who had done two hip replacements for me previously and was seeing me for checkup, remarked what a "beautiful" job Dr. Arsoy had done on my femur. I have regained full use of that leg and had no subsequent complications. I have recommended Dr. Arsoy unequivocally to numerous persons in need orthopedic interventions.

I cannot recommend dr arsoy highly enough. My dance injury a decade prior presented oddly and he had the knowledge and expertise to diagnose a total anterior hip replacement. I was trepidatious, to say the least. I had an extremely demanding job situation and was back and forth to nyc and his warmth, humor, compassion and intelligence guided me to when and how to have this surgery. The hospital nurses adore him. ( And they asked to see my bikini cut, as other drs were not yet utilizing it, aa well as glue rather than staples. ) He was extremely attentive post-op, too. I healed very quickly, which was all extra excellent since i had one of the last “elective” surgeries in ct pre-covid, march 10, 2020. Dr. Arsoy is simply extraordinary and my surgery life changing.

Dr. Arsoy is someone who listens to your problem, focused, very knowledgeable and of course very professional. I would recommend Dr. Arsoy to anyone.

I cannot praise Dr Diren Arsoy highly enough. Less than 9 weeks after an anterior total hip replacement I am back to my yoga practice and feeling really good. From our very first appointment I knew I had chosen the best surgeon. He and his entire team have treated me most kindly and professionally, he has been totally accessible in the weeks post op as well. I am so grateful, when it comes time for my other hip to be replaced, it is Dr Arsoy I will go to. I have referred other patients to him also and they are as pleased as I am. If I could give 10 stars I would! THANK YOU DR ARSOY!

Dr. Arsoy is the most compassionate personable and intelligent ortho surgeon Ive met. My past knee surgeries stem from Vail to Boston to UCONN to NYC for a complicated femoral osteotomy. Dr. Arsoy was able to quickly assess my complicated surgical history and provide a comprehensive solution for my total knee replacement. He is highly empathetic and attentive to his patients. I would recommend him without reservations to any clients who are considering his medical expertise. He is a rare ortho surgeon - he has genuine care for his patients.

Incredible human being and exceptional doctor!!

Hes the best hip surgeon I've delt with. I had a labrum tear done at uconn 6 weeks post op I retorn the repair. When I fall and tore my other side labrum I decided to try Yale and got Arsoy. He's did an amazing job. I also had pain from the previous repair from Uconn which he found some flaws from their surgeon. So arsoy will be correcting their mishaps. Arsoy and his team are amazing top-notch. I will always be thankful for the arsoy office!

Dr.Arsoy performed a total knee replacement on me. He is a great surgeon and very caring. He always made time to explain things to me. I could have chosen other surgeons closer to my home location but, I chose to drive an hour to see him. He also has stellar credentials. If I could rate him a 10 I would!
