Dr. Cucu is a Critical Care Doctor at South County Hospital on the ICU floor. He was my aunts doctor this week. In her final hours she was saying how she wanted something sweet. The ICU floor doesn’t carry that kind of thing, nor does the hospital. I was unaware of what had happened until the floor nurse told me that Dr. Cucu went on his lunch break to purchase some lollipops for her. Now, that wasn’t taught in medical school! Dr. Cucu had been very carrying towards my Aunt as well as towards me. He phoned me daily and kept me up to date whether at home or hospital. I’m very impressed with him. Thank you Dr. Cucu.
