I was told by both my GP and my endocrinologist that Dr Callender was “the best of the best”. I can see why. During my first appointment with her she was friendly, warm, encouraging and helpful. She explained everything regarding my upcoming surgery clearly and concisely while being warm and friendly and not clinical. She answered all my questions thoroughly and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. I am grateful to her and her staff for guiding me through this process.

Dr. Callender is at the top of her game. She is thorough, caring and is the very best at what she does. She is very personable, takes her time with you, explains everything and goes out of her way to make you feel cared for. I recently had a partial thyroidectomy and she spent extra time and attention to every detail, from surgery through recovery. Her entire team, from her office staff to surgical team are top notch. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with Dr. Callender. With her, you are in very good hands.

My husband had to have his thyroid out due to a malignant nodule. Dr. Callender & her nurse Karen were very thorough & very compassionate, explaining everything & answering all of our questions.
