This office is grungy, dirty, and ew! did I mention grungy? The 'flow meter' was an old camp style potty with a funnel underneath, located in a file closet. I would not get any kind of procedure here. avoid this office like the plague, it might be in there, hidden under years of dust and grime.

Dr. Armel accurately diagnosed my condition in 10 minutes. My own GP was trying to send me to the ER for more expensive tests after doing a full series AND a CT scan earlier in the week. He was down to earth, he took the time to review all the tests my own GP ordered but couldn't be bothered to go over with me too. A BIG plus is he still seems to be independent, not yet gobbled up by YALE HEALTH and their more test and appointments mentality.

Staff is RUDE!! VERY RUDE!! No one takes the time to answer questions. They are very confusing. They treat you as if you are bothering them. Terrible bathroom facility, too small, not really suitable for wheelchair. I say pass this one up and find a doctor with helpful staff and appropriate washroom.

REFUSES CARE TO CASH CUSTOMERS. Waiting on new insurance card and offered cash upon arrival and receptionist said the Dr. WILL NOT TAKE US. UNETHICAL

Doctor was helpful, wait time wasn't bad, receptionist Cindy was rude and unprofessional. Don't even bother here if you don't have insurance. I recently had been added to my husbands policy and did not yet have my ID card, I couldn't get a word in over the phone she basically told me not to come in! Extreamly rude to new patients I will not return just because of how I was treated.
