Dr. was great. Girl that led me to the room - not so great. She had a real attitude. Now the girl that i saw to make appointment leaving was also great.

Didn't help with my condition. my eye hurts and is on fire. Sandler did nothing to find out what was wrong.

Terrible terrible staff! The only two nice girls are the ones who have been with this practice for years. You wait for ever to see the dr for 5 mins then you sit in another room for Another 20 mins to see him for anothet two. I went in for my yearly checkup w him and explained an issue i was having with my contacts, he gave me a sample if some new contacts and tpld me to give him a call and let him know. His nurse called me bk and i explained the situation to her and she told me i probably have an infection. When i asked her how the doctor could not have noticed and he told me no. I go in for my follow up appointment for him to not understand no matter how many ways i tell him that i feel like my eyes isnt producng moisture for my contacts and all he kept doing was making me try on other contacts. Dr kaplan is definitily a much bettet physician and i would have continued with him if they never told me i couldnt
