Highly recommend!
The only Dr that I have been to that read the room and talked to me like I would talk to him. He broke the procedure down, like he was talking to a golden retriever. At the same time using medical terms. I anticipate my return visit.
The only positive of this office was Dr. Smalls comforting demeanor. The wait times were absurd. I had an appointment at 3 and only got called in to the room at 3:45. I then waited another 30 minutes for Dr. Small but that’s nothing unusual when visiting a single doctor office. The appointment was easy, Dr. Small was helpful and I scheduled a surgery. All was well until I had to deal with the receptionist, a person who clearly is unhappy with their position in life. I was supposed to receive a call 2 days prior to my surgery but never received one and upon calling to inquire about the time I was told I’d been called 4 times. I checked my call history and voicemail and there was no record of any calls from the same number multiple times. The receptionist blamed me for this and then followed up by asking me for a credit card for an appointment that wasn’t even setup. Ludicrously incompetent and another example of the failure that healthcare is in this country.
if I had the option to not give a star I would NOT.... so RUDE and Unprofessional
They have the rudest people. They were telling me it’s illegal to pay cash because my husband has insurance and because they don’t take his particular insurance from our town we cannot get serviced there. Then I ask what our option was and instead of explaining how it works she told me “ I just don’t take your insurance “ and abruptly hanged up on me. So rude or very unintelligent. I will definitely telling people not to use them. Very rude
4 stars for Dr. Small 1 star for your staff - just called the office to ask about post-operation procedures. Women answered the phone hung up on me after saying “the information is in the packet you received.” This is the second instance of dealing with this rude person. The first time was almost identical in that I was asking a reasonable question and was delivered a rude response. The latest call occurred at 9:15am on February 24th.
I had a vasectomy scheduled for 3 weeks. They knew I had Tricare and they even called me to verify a week prior. They call me the DAY before the surgery to let me know they don't take Tricare. Absolute waste of my time. They could have let me know from day one.
Very awesome doctor
Doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Starting from his impolite staff and finishing on this doctor that is so extremely rude and disrespectful, and the most important INEFFECTIVE. Rushing through the visit, not explaining anything, close minded, not knowledgeable, therefore you won’t get a good quality care. The whole visit was a complete nightmare. Save yourself money and time and go elsewhere.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
