Worst place very irresponsible. My mother was rescheduled for 2 times has been waiting for more than 3 months. She is in so much pain to be called a day before to tell us they don't take her health insurance. They were provided this info more than 3 months. They need to be mindful how people are suffering. They need to put in patients shoes and think if it was them or a family member. They said the had left a vm but it was today in the morning not prior.

This doctor only accepts patients whith some type of health coverage. Try to make an appointment and they wouldn't book me. They need to run a series of tests and exams and it need some type of coverage to pay for it. What kind of B.S is that?

Did not accept my insurance said I had to pay $235.00 before seeing the Dr.. I have NEVER had to pay a deductible with my insurance it was always submitted than if there was a balance I would have to pay. Waited a month for appointment and was never told this. Also I have no deductible and they never knew what insurance I had until I went there. The place is a dump, I will be going somewhere else. I will be making a complaint to the medical board of Connnecticut.

This was my first visit. I am impressed with the professionalism of the staff from the front desk to the doctor. Everyone there were friendly, cordial and made you feel so welcoming. The atmosphere is very homey, cozy if you will. Dr. Nascimento is professional, thorough, caring, compassionate, with a sense of humor and he LISTENS to you......he stops and LISTENS to you. Dr. Nascimento is an old school kinda doctor. Everything about my 1st visit to him was professional, caring and he has a sense of humor. He was on point w/my diagnosis of Rotator Cuff tear before the MRI. Highly recommended him.

Dr. Nascimento has been my Rheumatology specialist physician for more than 15-years. He has always been willing to spend the time required to listen, discuss and offer treatment recommendations. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring.

Long wait(3 hours), then he asked why I was there. Very brusque ill bed side manner. as far as staff nice but took long sending documents I needed.
