I must start by saying I think Dr Chanda is a great PCP however, almost every time I have an interaction with this office I am told one thing by one staff member and then the exact opposite by another staff member. It just happened again yesterday when I called to make an appointment because I have conjunctivitis and I was told by the woman who answered the phone that Dr. Chanda might be able to prescribe something without me having to come in. Fine, not what I expected but so much the better. About 15 mins later I get a call from Dr. Chanda’s nurse who starts our “conversation” by saying Dr. Chanda doesn’t prescribe medications without seeing the patient, with a bit of attitude. I didn’t ask for that. She then says don’t you have an eye doctor? I just said I would go elsewhere and thank you while hanging up rather frustrated. Again, love doctor, not so much for the staff.

Dr. Chanda is the most compassionate and thorough doctor you will ever encounter. She is a great listener. And asks the right questions. She is very knowledgeable and I would recommend her expertise to anyone who needs a primary doctor.

Look no further for a primary doctor. She has been my primary for years. She is the most compassionate doctor I have encountered in my life. She is knowledgeable and great listener. I would recommend her expertise and character to anyone who ask. I feel so lucky to be in such great care.

Dr. Chanda has been my physician for almost 18 years. She is kind, thorough and empathic. Because of changes to the health care system, there have been rocky periods with her office; non of which can be attributed to her or her colleagues. I do not believe I will find a better physician or caring person than Dr. Chanda. I would encourage any of my loved ones to consider her as their primary care physician without hesitation.

It took forever for Dr. Kaberi to send paperwork requesting blood work to Quest Diagnostics. I had to keep calling and asking if she had submitted information. This is my first and last appointment with her! I'm use to a more personable doctor that cares for their patients. She did not contact me to speak to me about my blood work. She had a staff member leave a message. Very unprofessional. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!!!
