Poor results from green light laser treatment and poor results from TURP. Problem rectified at Yale Medical in New Haven.
My dad was a patient of Dr Armm for over 10 years. Dr Armm never ever told us nor my dad that he had prostate cancer. In September of 2016 my dad's pain finally became so unbearable that I rushed him to St Vincent's hospital. 10 hours later we would learn that he had stage 4 prostate cancer. The doctors at the ER asked me if dad was being treated by a urologist, I said yes Dr. Milton Armm. They looked at each other as to say oh boy! They called Dr Armm who showed insisting on doing a biopsy of the prostate and my family and I allowed it, which I now regret and I'll tell you why. After the biopsy my dad laid there bleeding profusely for 10 hours while the nurses frantically called Dr. Armm and he would not return the call. Later I over heard him tell another doctor he was out having dinner! He was having dinner! Another doctor had to be called in to repair the puncture Dr Armm caused in order to stop the bleeding! Prostate cancer is the most treatable cancer for men, how did Dr Armm not catch this?! When I went his office to get medical records and speak to Dr Armm about what happened he wouldn't see me. My dear father died 2 months later! I regret that we allowed Dr Armm to treat my dad. He robbed us of precious time with him! My only hope is that if you're reading this review please do not put your life or the life of your loved ones in the hands of this person. He didn't care about my dad, what makes you think he's going to care about you or your family! 📣📣📣
Well, I finally did it. I went for a vasectomy and I was told to go to Dr Armm. I read the reviews and was shocked and scared when I read numerous bad reviews. I have always learned to figure things out on my own so I went. I must be honest I read he has no bed side manner, his staff are rude, and a few other negative comments. From the first visit everyone was no sweet, patient and extremely professional. (New staff?) Them I met the doc. He never stopped smiling. We talked about many different topics then we got down to the topic at hand. He was to the point. Explained everything and left with with a smile? No bedside manner? This guy was really cool. The operation came and went and honestly I worried for nothing. A little pain which soon began to let up nothing I could.not deal with. I now have dimples but I like them. :) Thank you Dr.Armm and staff. JimmyGonzalez
This Doctor don’t have any bedside manner he is rude. I mean he do a ok job but men he need to retire and get some sleep he is cranky.
Dr Armm was very professional and he demonstrated that he knows his business. I had an in-office procedure done that made a tremendous difference in how I felt. Dr Armm asked a lot of questions, took notes, and analyzed my sign.s and symptoms. I felt like a new person upon leaving his office. His staff was very friendly. I have nothing but good things to say about how I was treated. Thank you very much Dr Armm!!!
I dont know about the doctor but the manager was very very rude. Poor customer service! I would rate it minus if there was an option!
The Doctor is a good doctor. His staff has many opportunities.Appointment scheduled for 9:45 was seen after 10:45.My insurance required prior authorization and they did not send it a week after the fact. Granted we had one holiday in between. The staff is very passive aggressive. My insurance companie was more relatable than them and actually tried to help me on many more ways than they did.
Dr was very nice but the nurses seemed to be kinda ruff in attitude. Generally wouldn't go if there were other insurance options.
Dr. Armm is a excellent M.D. and surgeon. He is part of the team that treated and cured my cancer. He also is a caring person that provides confidence ...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
