Horrible place to bring your loved ones. The physician Myrna Reyes is very unprofessional and rude. The physician Myrna Reyes should have her medical license revoked. My sister had a medical emergency and she was denied help.I called several times to inquire about the issue and never got a callback from the main nurse Melissa Crespo. Please go elsewhere where they care about your health and well-being
Worst health care I ever received! I’ve had my doctor changed so many times I don’t even bother to ask my new doctors name. I recently tried to get a asthma medication prescription refilled and was told that until I come in for a check up because I haven’t been there in a while they wouldn’t write the script. I then received a call from a supervisor apologizing for what I was told and told me that asthma medication is not something they can deny and that she was going to fill the script. I then had an incident where I had to go to the emergency room because the script I called for on Friday didn’t get filled until Monday. I was told my my doctor Gustavo Herrera that I can not be issued a nebulizer until I come in to the office again no matter how many asthma pumps I’m running threw (after my second splint to come in was canceled due to COVID)And most recently needed a Covid test and was giving a Covid hotline number to call and when I called the hotline they expressed they would set me up for testing but my primary has to send the order which never came. I then spent the next hour and a half on hold trying to get my doctor to send the order so I could be tested. The order was never sent and as it got closer to 5pm which is closing time for optimus they told me it wouldn’t be done before they closed. Note when I called I explained that I am as Asthmatic and have been exposed to Covid and revived no help what so ever. Every place I call that would test me need the Oder from my primary and they will not send it. On top of that I kept getting passed around from supervisor to supervisor because no one knows or understands why the doctor did not send the order for me to get tested. A few times they gave me the address to a walk up testing location and when I arrived I found out they are not testing anymore for the day. Will not recommend optimus to anyone ever !!
The only thing I don't like is doctor's do not stay stick to the kids every time we go there is a different pediatrician for the kids the previous no were to be found happened to me 4 times already I know things are tough right now but should fix this is very important to remember your kids pediatrician name with this facility is impossible.
I love this practice. I have been taking my son to Dr.Dalal since he was born but he retired and transitioned all his patients here. I know everyone says the staff is nasty but I have yet to experience that. They are all pleasant when I call and when I go in. He has only had to go for physicals because he is pretty healthy so I've never had an assigned doctor. The best experience I had is now. My son had a fever and my family tested positive for covid19. The staff got the doctor to call me immediately at first we didn't know it was covid so the doctor was going to see him the next day so that I can collect enough symptoms, once we all tested positive, they sent him for testing without hesitation. Dr.Donahue has been so amazing during these times. Not only medically but mentally. She helped put my mind to ease when I thought things were going to be bad or when they looked like they were getting bad. She has gave detailed explanation on what to do despite this virus being the unknown. I can honestly I am grateful for Dr.Donahue. And thank u to the staff for being so prompt and helpful. They sound tired over the phone not nasty but these have been some difficult trying times for them and even with all that they still manage to give great service. Thank You ALL
Let me start by saying Main Street Pediatrics is TACKY! I have been bringing my daughter there for 11 years (since birth) because I love Dr. Casey. However, these employee have nasty attitudes and they never know what's going on or how to do their job. You can speak to two different people and they will give you two COMPLETELY different answers to the same question. They don't give a damn the children coming in. You show up 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, still wait an hour and only see your doctor for 10 minutes. Oh and DON'T call for help or with questions because they are even nastier over the phone. The final straw is not being able to get my daughter's prescription filled still, 2 days after the appointment because after giving them the correct pharmacy name and address it was still sent to the wrong pharmacy TWICE. I then called telling them I have not been able to get my daughter's prescription because it was sent the wrong pharmacy twice and that I would not be returning there and Janet did not even offer to help figure out the prescription issue. She simply faxed me the forms to request my daughter's medical records. I have now tried to fax this form 20+ times today and that fax is not going through. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!
Sadly their receptionists make them look bad. When I walked in, the receptionist looked straight in my face and ignored me. Not a "hello, or I'll be with you in a moment" Nothing. After 2 minutes, she decided she was thirsty and got up, walked away and got herself a drink and returned and after another minute, she noticed I wasn't walking away so she decided to ask me if she could help me with something. Literally the most awkward situation. Apparently these ladies have no supervision so they don't feel like they have to act professional.
7/15/2015 The worst. I called and asked if they had any open appointments because my daughter complained of chest pains. They gave us an appointment of 4 pm. I get there at 3:55 and end up waiting until 4:30. One of the receptionist told me there's a copay of $20 and I asked if she could bill me since I didn't have it on me. She said no they can't. Bottom line is we left and they turned my baby away knowing we called for chest pains.
I recently had a visit for a physical for my child. A nurse whom I never meet was taking vital signs, amongst other test she was completely incompetent. She took my child BP with the wrong size cuffs, attempted to take the BP FOUR times on one arm I told her she needed to wait at least five min or she would get a false reading. She had trouble verbalizing simple instruction that some toddlers could explain more effectively. She was imputing my child BP reading incorrectly and inaccurately. After asking about my son eye test his Dr. had to find out that the information was not recorded. His Dr. bedside manner was atrocious during my child's examination he proceeded to tell me of a house fire he noticed on his way to the work he say right in from my child" when I seen the smoke I thought to myself " SH*T" that must be terrible fire" I was already appalled and became livid. All the while as he cursed in front of my son Instead of asking my son to lay down he attempted to lay him down he felt resistance i told my child to lay down. This is unfortunate as we never had an issue before but today is our final and last visit.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
