There is no structure here.The women behind the front desk are rude and don't care about what your needs are. They're too busy telling people to just wait outside. Without listening to the clients concerns. They're wasting the public citizens time.

They have a very hard time answering important questions in a timely manner, being on time for scheduled appointments and treating patients like their time and health actually matter (instead of just a name on a paper) I understand that people come here because we are under employed and have state insurance, but that doesn't mean we should be treated like sub level humans. If you don't care for middle and lower class people you don't need to work in our areas. It's simple! Today I walked out of the nutritionist office because it's obvious he did not car that my appointment was set for 2:30pm when he came to get me at 3:05 then tried to fuss me out when I mentioned how upset I was.

I was at my appointment and notice some women received a call and told the client "can you hold a min I put you in hold", and started having a conversation with the members of the building.look you are at work to serve the clients not fooling around with the members it not high school it your job that in jeopardy.

just got off the phone with them and they said they “not taking new patients”. Why? Is the clinic closing it’s doors soon? I asked her “I can wait, when is the next available? She said not taking at all. I don’t understand why HUSKY would make me call them if they’re going out of business. The call was made on Tuesday, February 18 at 4:10pm.

Phone call wait time is horrible

For crying out loud I can go on google and get more medical information & advice.I went for an appointment today and my daughter came along with me. While in the office I had told the doc that my daughter (whom was sitting right across from me) is sick as well and that she most likely caught it from me, man you want to see the Attitude come over this doctor when I started to ask her some basic questions pertaining to my daughter. Further resulting with her only getting more up in the air.She replied with "I cannot care for her okay." My daughter would have to then call to make an appt to come back to see this doc again and then she would discuss these things with her.("show me the money!")We arrived about fifteen minutes early for the appt. We initially ended up waiting over an hour before they pulled me in to take my vitals and put us into another room only to wait more.

To schedule an appointment you have to call the dr office which goes to a call center I believe.  the customer service is sooooooo low it's SAD! I'd show up for an apt after leaving work early and they'd say there's no apt and the dr I'm seeing left even though I have the confirmation text and voicemail. When I am done with this pregnancy I will never come back. I just don't want to switch drs last minute since I'm already in and she knows my history

Terrible customer service!! Whoever Carmen is, Janet etc not good with customer service at all! Very rude, unprofessional at its best! Doctor Luc Omni is never on time with your appointments. Your always in there like 1.5 before seeing doctor. Predominately spanish medical center? This is America where is the equal opportunity? If you want to make complaints you get the lying and run around. I would not recommend to my enemy if I have one of this medical practice. No star in my book. Get that customer service and professionalism together!!2/4/19My doctor up and left 2months ago. I go to appointment thinking I'm seeing doc Luv Omondi, and it's another doctor. Was not happy. I will be picking up my records and leaving this office finally. Very unprofessional.
