The office staff was rude and unwilling to work with me. I would never go there or recommend them to anyone.

I want to file a complaint for the black woman. caring for patients. she is racist. I think she didn't go to school. she has no education. she thinks why she has a stall. she can run over anyone. I think she looks at her skin color. to treat well. I have two non-free medical insurance that will take care of me. and I hope they take action. with people A like that. for being Hispanic I treat myself with racism. I hope they send her to school so that she learns what education is like. my name is Silvia.

Horrible front staff. Very rude and disrespectful. My husband and I will never step foot into this office again. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone I know.

I can’t build a longterm relationship with a doctor’s office if it’s this visibly dirty. Staff is rude and inattentive. I would never want to come back. 1. This is the OLDEST medical office I’ve seen in this area -- from the 1970-80s. I actually photographed it to show my family. 2. Uncovered electrical outlets. 3. DIRTY fabric chairs that are decades old. So grimy, you can see obvious yellow dirt on it from years of patients sweating on the fabric. 4. Half doors in the treatment room with a gap. I could hear everything that the dr and patient were saying next door. Provides Zero patient privacy or confidentiality. 5. No one in the waiting room and yet they kept me waiting for an hour past my appointment time. I simply walked out and said “pls don’t charge insurance for this visit. All I did was waste time here.” Cannot recommend any medical office like this.

I will NEVER dare step foot in this office. I spoke to Beverly to make an initial appointment. Appointment was set until I mention I was waiting for my husky insurance card replacement as my wallet w as s stolen. Beverly said it would be a problem although she could verify my insurance online. I'd know because I work at a medical office. Instead of agreeing with me and being empathetic both the ladies I spoke too decided to continue to be difficult. I even offered to print out my eligibility code and verification. they STILL chose to continue arguing with me and be very rude until I lost my cool. I can't believe these people work at a facility where CARE is supposed to be the priority. Terrible customer service they refused to allow me to speak to a superior or to leave the DR a message. Clearly they don't like to work and help and CARE for people. If you are thinking about coming to this office. Please DON'T BOTHER.

I Love Dr. Breda! He is an Experienced, Thoughtful, Enlightening and Caring Doctor. You do not have to worry about being taken care of and always leave with a smile and feeling resolve. I chose him based on my own research and feel Great about the decision that I made.

My wife and I visited Dr Breda today.It was our first visit.The front desk staff were very kind.And Dr Breda was very knowledgeable about our concerns.

Staff was very rude and unprofessional. While Speaking to the woman at the front desk she answered 3 calls while I was speaking to her with out even an excuse me. Calls lasted for 2 min min so I’m just mid sentence waiting. Then she tells me it’s against policy for her to use the digital card from the phone so while I’m figuring out the information part she never let the doctor know I was there so I got skipped because she gave me the wrong email to send the insurance card to. Completely wasted my time. DO NOT BE FOOLED!!

I was referred to Dr. Breda & when I called to make an appointment, I was given an appointment, that very day! Dr. Breda has a wonderful bedside manner, explains everything he's doing, answers all questions thoroughly. Couldn't have asked for a better visit with a physician.

I came to the office for the appointment that I was waiting for 2 weeks and was refused to be seen by doctor because they don't have an ability to accept electronic copy of the Health Insurance card. I was trying to explain that Health Insurance companies don't sent hard copy of the card any longer and I can show the card on the phone or email the copy. Instead I received response from the front desk that they don't have an email and won't server me unless I will have a hard copy of the card. I've never seen this type of stupidity when in 21-th century the office is harming the health of the patients because they can'r operate electronically.
