I am not sure why the negative opinions on Dr. Patel. Since I started seeing him over a year and a half ago he has always been very caring and kind to me. Also answered any questions I had in a professional and caring manner. I've never felt rushed out of his office and the only time I didn't have a question answered was when I forgot to ask it. In which case I have called the office and received a fairly prompt phone call back.The staff at the Bridgewater location is fabulous but getting an appointment is difficult and the wait time can be in excess of 30 - 40 minutes sometimes but the wait time often isn't the doctor's fault but other patients. My most recent wait time was 15 minutes which is why I am giving the waiting time a moderate rating instead of poor.I highly recommend Dr. Patel and will be a patient of his for as long as he is in practice near me.
