Absolutely unprofessional. I spoke with a terrible person named Cindy today. She was the rudest person I've ever had the displeasure of talking to. I tried to explain to her that since they were LATE calling me for my appointment, I was going to have to drive home during the time I would be waiting for my provider to call and I can't answer my phone while I'm driving. She flipped out and started screaming at me that I was complaining too much, and wouldn't even let me talk. She is a GARBAGE person who hung up on me and this whole place runs exactly thew way you would expect with employees like this.

Went to get tested add the service was good, however the it took a five days to get results which came by text only despite asking for letter and email so I could provide verification to employer. Tried to call Community Health Center and there is no one answering the phone. Customer service after the test is done is non existent overall a bad experience. Currently my entire household is unable to return to work because of the lack of thought and follow thru of this organization.

This is the worst place to seek medical attention.. Neither their clerical staff nor their doctors have even the slightest bit of compassion. Not even in these unprecedented times.. I am looking for a new dr for myself and my family. Drs are supposed to treat their patients with respect, dignity and compassion. Most of my encounters with chc office and medical staff is unpleasant. Its disappointed in the way i was treated. I don't recommend them to anyone

You will get nothing but a headache from this place. I constantly got run arounds from the nurses, nobody knew what there doing and your fed so much misinformation I dont know what's true here. They put up so many barriers for me I needed medication for my job and it feels like they dont care and give you so many hoops to jump thru to get it, and even at that theres problems. Dont go here save yourself the time and fraustraion go see a real doctor that will work with you.
