Seems very understaffed chaos at check in and no one ever answers the phone. Had a quick question and had to call a different GoHealth location to get someone to answer the phone.

I went here on Sunday. I had been sick and was experiencing shortness of breath. The nurse took my temperature and did a Covid test. The Dr listened to my back and prescribed a steroid and sent me away. I ended up in the ER a day later and diagnosed with viral pneumonia. They should have done more tests and done more than a covid test rather than throwing a steroid at me. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated fully.

My son has always had a great experience when coming to the center in and out quickly.... staff is always attentive to all his questions.

No one wants to have to go to the doctor but if you need to go and you need to go in a pinch Hartford HealthCare GoHealth Clinic is there for your immediate needs. I went there when I needed a COVID19 test to return to work after being exposed to someone with the virus. I went online and preregistered then made an appointment for a very short time later only an hour or so. At the time I went to this clinc I was still in the process of transitioning to my current name and gender. The staff treated me with dignity and honor regarding my preferred name pronouns amp my status as an HRT patient. After I provided my medical cards and ID I went back to a room to take my test. Everything was quick and easy. I was able to administer my own swab intranasally. It was a lot more comfortable than other COVID19 tests Ive had where the test administrator swabs my nose for me. They ended up giving me a much needed work note without any fuss. My test results came back so quickly less than 24 hours later I received an email that I was negative for COVID.Back to my visit here... So this facility is really new maybe a year old at most. It has tall ceilings which make it feel really large for the space its in. Everything is very modern amp spacious including the waiting room amp the exam rooms. The exam rooms had electronic vitals tools amp everything was clean amp modern which makes me always feel comfortable when it comes to a medical facility.  Overall I definitely recommend this place for an urgent care center. Between the spacious office with modern technology quick scheduling amp testing turnaround this place is one of my favorite urgent care centers.

We went to urgent care for Covid reasons. They were great in getting us in and out quickly. I definitely recommend setting your appointment online. Going there in person may cost you an hour of waiting in the lobby or in your car when you could have been in the comfort of your home. Just something to think about.

10 Very pleased with the service and care given to my child. Thank you I had originally went to the Prohealth Urgent care down the road at 576 Farmington Ave and was turned away as they said they were closing in an hour and a half and had enough patients and did not want to be there past closing. They turned away my child with an empty waiting room I was furious I went right to you guys you took us right in found my daughter in the computer system as I didnt have her insurance card on me. The tending physician was great with her he assured me she would be ok and her rash was dermatitis and how to treat it. I will very well recommend this urgent care to anyone who asks I really appreciate the care given to my child without worry if you would be there past closing or not tho we were in and out very fast before closing time. Excellent service all around Thank you so much
