Our son had been diagnosed with a concussion the night before from the CCMC E.R, and we were told he may have vision changes, but the next evening he was having darkness & light changes. My daughter went to this office. She was a new patient and has issues with distance. Dr. told her she needed bifocals. She picked out the glasses she wanted even the gal that helped her told her "oh your insurance won't cover regular glasses" she didn't have time to call her insurance company. The office was told she sufferers with migraines. Anyhow she got the glasses. Tried them out. She was getting worse migraines and dizziness. She called the office to tell them. The staff was rude to her - Annmarie especially and some of the other ladies. She told the doctor the staff was rude. The doctor gets on the phone basically shouting at her " Tell me who was rude to you" she didn't drop any names. Disliked how Zervas came across and told her she was going to transfer out. Simone from that office started calling my daughter and hanging up - their number was coming up on her caller ID - The staff and Zervas need to grow up! They where really rude to her and her boyfriend is a cop. Not cool. The staff her seemed like they wanted to bully her because she's pretty. Even after she picked up her glasses as she walked out of the office. She heard two of the employees say " oh she seems so picky" and btw her insurance did cover regular glasses ( the young gal lied to her) the bifocals where terrible and she ended going elsewhere and even that doctor said she didn't need bifocals. I don't reccomend this office nor does my daughter - very fake personas M. S.

My girlfriend became a patient at this office. She wasn't pleased with the doctor and some of the staff. It's like they where harassing her to make appointments. She was also getting hang up calls. Annmarie, even accused her of making a bad review ( which she didn't) Annmarie, then has her speak to Dr Z, who was making her feel uncomfortable and she kept on ranting that she's a single struggling mom trying to make it in life. She's a doctor! She obviously makes more money than my gf! They really made her uncomfortable. Especially Annmarie, accusing her of giving them a bad review then forwarding her to the doctor - very poor way of handling a matter - also I'm retired law enforcement - this office didn't need to harass her or accuse her! Dr Z didn't need to shout at her to get names of staff that treated her poorly - my advice - get over yourselves and hire more professional staff. There was no need for sone of your staff to accuse and harass her - she decided to no longer go here. The hang up calls to her cell ?! Cmon grow up!!! Then they lied about it ( Ann Marie sounds like she's got issues. Because it was her calling my gf then hanging up ( she was even accusing her) DrZ needs better staff and can go cry elsewhere - I don't appreciate how my gf was treated by this office!

I'm a fairly new patient. The Dr. is fine but some of the staff have been unprofessional. Calling me often and some calls are hang ups - they seem like they don't know what they're doing. I've been given pure grief by this office! Then on of the staff members had the nerve to question me if I gave the office a bad review on Facebook. Which I told her I didn't. The staff here really seem to have crazy mentality! With this said I don't feel exactly comfortable even being thier patient . They've made me nothing bit uncomfortable now. I've never had a doctors office make me feel this way. I hope she hires better employees

Dr. Zervas needs to hire kinder more professional staff. I've had to cancel and reschedule appts. before. I leave a message for them to call - they called me a week later. Lisa, has a bad disposition and some of her staff will cop an attitude. Dr. Z can sometimes be condescending at times.

I'm fairly a new patient. I've visited office like 5 times. Staff seems nice. However I don't care for Lisa, she has a bad attitude the couple of times I dealt with her. I honestly feel they should hire a kinder person.

I recently starting going here. She told me I had an issue with distance. Can't understand why she forced me into going with bifocals ( which I've had a tough time getting use to. ( also I felt a bit harassed when staff was calling me and texting me often to reschedule appointments. I will see how I'm treated by the doctor and staff at next appointment. If I get a sketchy vibe. I'm going elsewhere
