I love every doctor I have seen here, however every time I call to schedule an appointment, ask a question, etc. the reception staff always talks in an incredibly rude tone. It’s honestly disheartening considering the doctors at this office are exceptional. Customer service representatives are to work with customers in a warm and welcoming way, not rude. I want to say it is the same woman every time, but I’m not positive. Regardless, it needs to be addressed. I am calling to ask for help, I shouldn’t be hanging up frustrated or offended by the way I was spoken to.

Samuel Silva, PA was amazing he was the first one to give me any real direction and explanation since I injured myself two months ago falling off my horse I am feeling super optimistic and now have a plan!

This is the most welcoming place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My Dr Gupta & his PA are the best. They are patient.in explaining and answering questions, never making me feel silly with my concerns. I certainly feel in good hands.

I was very pleased with Kurt from the start, especially when the first day I was home after my knee surgery he called me back immediately when I had a concern at 10:00 at night. He had me send a photo of my issue and he was able to tell us that it was nothing to worry about. He continued to be reassuring and let me go through my long list of questions at every appointment. I never felt rushed by him, and he called me back asap when I called him in-between appointments. I was also impressed with his military history. He was very cordial and professional.

I ended up seeing Kurt Dubay PA-C on this visit. I was scheduled to see Marie Darrow PA-C but she was delayed in a surgery so Kurt took my case.Kurt listened to my recent problems, I never felt rushed, he reviewed my history and made me feel very confident. He answered all my questions and he also gives excellent injections.Thanks to Kurt, I felt informed, and cared for in an excellent professional manner.Excellent visit. Thank you

The reception area staff are friendly and courteous however, I was not impressed with the dr. I went to see a second doctor (from another practice) and received different advise. The second doctor was way more helpful and his remedy actually worked. My advise is to research further before considering this practice as there are others that are way more helpful.
