I always liked Brookfield urgent care and will say the receptionist and one of the nurses I dealt with were very pleasant and professional. Went in with a high fever and tick bite, was treated for an early sinus infection and told I can’t be tested for any tick born illness for atleast 4 weeks. About 2 weeks later I’m back in there with a 104 fever asking for blood work, they tell me to come back at 1:30. After getting back there at 1:20 to an empty waiting room waiting room I wait till 2 to finally be seen. I got another Covid test which I didn’t mind because the previous nurse barely swabbed my nose, waited for about an hour had the dr walk in and say look we’re really busy and think you should just got to the ER and get blood work done there. He also proceeded to tell me I was jaundice which gave all the doctors and nurses at the ER a big laugh. The first doctor was rude and unprofessional in my opinion. The second doctor was nice enough he might need a little more experience though

I hardly ever go to this urgent care but every time I go they tell me I owe money. The last few times I have paid but not this time! They always tell me I owe $80 before they will see me. This makes no sense, a copay is due the time of my visit so how I'm the world can I owe them money?!?! I came to the urgent care in Danbury and Stephanie behind the desk looked at the rash I acquired from an IV put in at DH. She said "I'm so sorry" and I said "it didn't happen here" and she then said "I know but it looks like it hurts I'm so sorry". She actually treated me as a patient and not a dollar sign! Needless to say I will NEVER go back to the urgent care in Brookfield! It's worth it to drive the extra 5 miles to be treated as a patient and a human.

Very caring and professional people. I was able to do a Telehealth visit there in one of their rooms. The wait was reduced considerably with this option. Dr. Bennett was wonderful. Very pleased with my entire experience.
