I am so pleased with the excellent care provided to my brother by Dr Humphreys and Isabella (PA). I am health care proxy and attend appointments with him. It is obvious the team here cares deeply about their patients wellbeing. Our visits are thorough and never rushed. The follow up with specialist referrals, prescriptions, etc., is exceptional. The office staff (Tanya) is also excellent (friendly and efficient). Canaan and the surrounding community are very fortunate to have this medical facility. I highly recommend.

Beautiful new facility. One-stop-shop containing medical, behavioral health, chiropractic, and labs!!!! Could not find a nicer, more welcoming, kind, and caring collection of staff. On all levels. Today was my first visit - but really looking forward to having a long-term care plan with them.

No follow through. I was sent to Yale Smilow Cancer Center and this Canaan clinic never followed through with anything. They don’t accept Champ VA insurance after they’ve already seen you for a visit. This clinic was touted to the community as veteran friendly access REALLY ? But you didn’t know what CHAMPVA insurance is ? And you don’t accept it ?!
