I went here for a PHYSICAL. I knew from my obgyn I had pre-cancerous cells on my cervix, from hpv, that were NOT advanced. A nurse made me feel the HPV, shot would make them deminish... a couple months later I needed surgery to remove most of my cervix because my obgyn said i should have never gotten that shot it makes the cells grow rapid if you already have the pre-cancerous cells from hpv... i was 24 and had a 1 year old and was 1 WEEK AWAY FROM EVASIVE CERVICAL CANCER BECAUSE OF THAT SHOT. I was told i wouldnt be able to have anymore children. Luckily somehow my cervix regenerated and I was able to have more children. If not, I DEFINITELY would've taken legal action

Medical Staff truly believe in well being of others. I switched back to them as my healthcare provider.

Almost every month my doctor forgets to send in my refills and causes me to deal with withdrawal symptoms. Absolutely the worst agency in the state. This agency has caused the death of my aunt she had spots on her arms and the doctor said that they were age spots but she was only 62 yrs old all she had to do was a blood test and she would still be here she had leukemia and died because of the incompetence of Elizabeth demoski

OK, story time:I need major, emergency dental work due to an accident (i can even eat much right now, justvery soft things). I had called up and made an appointment for august 9th, 2021 at 3:00pm. i was so happy!   ...literally 30 minutes before my appointment (while i was driving TO their office), saying ' sorry but your provider will not be in today.   she wasnt in, but they waited allllll day to tell me? so anyways, I called them back, they apologized and blamed the late notice on their new 'system' (BS! Its the lazy-a** people working there).  The girl looked up the next open appt the dentist had, which was yesterday, august 25th(my birthday!...which I had to cancel because I need my teeth fixed.) at 12:00pm.... I show up at 12:00, and the girl at the desk says "oh, sorry, shes in a meeting until 1:30"  (im furious at this point)    i said 'well someone better see me today because ive literally taken 2 days off work at this point, and cancelled my party, not to mention IM IN SO MUCH PAIN I CANT SLEEP AT NIGHT'She was courteous, though, and said the dentist would be able to see me at 3:00 that same day.  so i just drove around new london for a few hours, no problem (or so I thought).I go back just before 3:00.  I check in, everything seemed to be going fine. I sit down in the waiting room.   3:15...3:30...3:40... I go back up and say 'hey, whats up, its been a while and i havent been seen yet...?'.the response?  ---"Oh she never came back from the meeting earlier, she had ~ERRANDS~ to run. Sorry for the inconvenience, we have another opening in january..."  (at this point i stopped hearing her speak. what kind of excuse is that? errands? at least make up something good, like family emergency or something).I REPEAT:The EMERGENCY. DENTAL. SURGEON. couldnt come in because she had f****** laundry or grocery shopping or whatever to do?!???!....!?  thats 3(!!!) appts i had with her, every one cancelled last possible second. Dont go here, you will get so angry you'll have a stroke.

This office is gross. Not physically, just the way you are treated. This is the worst place I have ever been in my entire life - which would be short if left up to them.

This place is a joke. Grossly incompetent, scared for my kids to come here. Can't wait to see what cheap fast food replaces it when the doctors lose their licenses.

We just moved here and I have been trying to get my son in for his 2 year physical. I went to his first appointment and they took our temp. And told me to wait in my car and they will call us in, well I waited and waited for 1 hour and a half. I go to the door and ask how much longer, the lady comes out and says they can't see him today because there was a mix up in the schedule..... 😡😡 so they made me wait all that time for nothing!!! She then scheduled him for May 14th and she said if anything comes up earlier they will call me in. Well..... they call me and tell me they can get him in sooner (may 6). So may 6 comes around and they call me that morning and tell me the doctor will not be in 🤨 so I just lost his may 14th appointment because they said they could see him may 6, but now they can't. She said the next available would be June. They are a joke! I'm done

Got my vaccine at CHC in Clinton. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The process was very efficient. Thank you all!

Not so great primary care. If they looked at my test results and listened to my symptoms, they would have diagnosed me sooner. Instead, I had to seek a second opinion on my own to get on the proper medication. I spent hours trying to get in contact with Ashley Fuller's office to no avail. I just wanted my test results. It would be better going for medical treatment elsewhere, anywhere at all.
