Dr. Hylwa is terrific. She does a thorough health exam and takes the time to answer my questions. If there's a question she's not sure about, she'll research it and send you the info. She's the best primary care doc I've had.

Dr. Hylwa is a very thorough doctor, with a great personality and sense of humor! She always takes care of what is needed at appointments, but soes so in a manner that doesn't make me feel like a number on a chart. Very personable, and knowledgeable is how I would describe her in short! As a military wife who has moved repeatedly and changed doctors even more often for the last 17 years, I can easily say that Doctor Hylwa is a favorite of mine! Hartford Healthcare has also been great. It is easy to make appointments, getting in and out of the office is quick and easy. I'm very happy with the services all around!

Wait time was great. Dr Kathy is the best. Always explains anything you don’t know. Throughout the years she has referred me out when needed and provided sound diagnosis and treatment. I moved to another town and still come back because I trust her.

Dr Hylwa is very easy to open up to, very knowledgeable, and an excellent listener. She has always made me feel that she wants to hear me and that she has the time to do so--she has never made me feel rushed. When I have difficulty getting phone access during working hours, she and her office are understanding and accommodating.
