The office staff was professional and friendly. No waiting!!! It is so rare to have an office run so efficiently. Both times I was there, I felt I was treated very well. I thought Dr Whalen was very thorough and kind. He explained everything very well and answered my questions patiently. The whole experience was great and I left feeling well cared for!! I truly recommend this office.

I have had Dr. Whalen and his team perform a few procedures on me over the past few years. They have always made me feel extremely relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Whalen 's expertise in his field and his staffs knowledge goes above and beyond the five stars that I can give them. Keep up the great work.

Dr. Whalen and his staff were extremely courteous, professional and friendly. They explained every step of the procedure and answered all questions. I received two follow-up calls by Dr. Whalen himself to see how I was doing...almost unheard of these days! I would highly recommend him and staff for Moh's surgery.

Great experience. Excellent doctor. Seven people wrote one star reviews at the same point in time two weeks ago. Looks like one person with six friends would rather have cancer growing on their face than the smallest scar possible.
