She's checked out. She runs through the same spiel every time she sees you (calling them "crazy questions") like whether you've seen an eye dr and dentist. Biggest issue is that she is simply a referral service to other doctors. It's like she's scared to actually practice medicine.

I highly recommend Dr. Weiss. She is compassionate, listens, is knowledgeable, and does what she can to figure out health issues and concerns. She cares about getting to the cause of an issue and figuring out the appropriate approach before prescribing medication. She refers out when it is needed and truly cares about the individual.

I’m torn. I had two great visits with her. She was caring, she didn’t rush, and she explained very well. Then today, she was kind of the doctor from hell. Made me feel guilty about a rapid weight gain that she knows resulted from a prescription by a specialist who wouldn’t take me off of it despite my begging. Now it’s my fault that I listened to my doctor!?! Then it’s like she blamed me that some of my medication was entered twice in her office computer, the office computer handled by her office assistants and nurses. On top of that, she acted like she didn’t understand my English. I immigrated when I was 6. I am now 35. I don’t even have an accent!! I will give her another chance because we all have off days but wow.

The Staff "gaslights" the patients over the phone when they present inquiries about there test results. Bizarre, Pretentious, Rude behavior. Snobby, incompetent, condescending. After Monday, I will not continue with the bunch. Found a much more mature, professional office to be associated with not affiliated with Middlesex Health.

Dr. Weiss is the most caring physician I have ever had. She truly cares about people and her patients and that is clearly visible in her professional and caring manner. She spends time to talk with me and share ideas for my health and wellbeing. For that I am extremely grateful. The nursing staff is excellent.

I changed doctors because of incompetent office staff and went to an even worse situations. The first experience was incorrect prescriptions sent with the wrong, Lab paperwork was impossible for them to get straight. numerous times I attempt to get my lab work done and they lab I use say they don't have adequate paper work. This last time I even called a head to be sure and oh the office staff said yes I had the right stuff. I get to the lab waste 1/2 waiting and no luck spend another hours calling office to have them fax the lab and I had to get the # for them. I get there next morning.. And still no paperwork. They office lady Gail put me on hold for an hour hung up on me when I started to complain how I have tried to leave message for the Doctor about these failures and I never get a call back. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Weise is ok but the admin is impossible to deal with in Cromwell. Numerous issues, incompetent and rude. After second year of failing to get my lab paperwork to the labs wasted hours of my time I decided to be done. I am once again looking for a Doc that has competent staff that can get simple things done like faxing over orders or scrips, and getting your medical history correct in your files. Perhaps her other office is okay but I don't have the patience to deal with it anymore.

She is an excellent doctor. She listens. She works with you. She does not prescribe unnecessary medications. I have no complaints. She has been my doctor for six years. I see her every three months. She's great!

She has been my PCP since 2010. I see her 3-5 times a year. I have absolutely no complaints. She's wonderful.

Excellent carying Doctor !! Spends time with patient as much as needed.
