Staff is super rude and won’t transfer you over to the right department. I’ve been trying to call for hours and can’t get through to anyone. Good luck trying to get medical records or information. If the records release lady doesn’t like her job she can just say that, Instead of hanging up on people. Super unprofessional!

El servicio es pésimo , los recepcionistas no tienen conocimiento de nada, el menu en línea es ridículo, preguntas sin sentido, solo para hacer una cita tiene que pasar como 20 preguntas y al final no puedes ver a doctor por el “COVID” un examen fisco por teléfono? Ridículo

Amazing doctors. I've never met anyone who cared so much about my physical and mental well being. Thank you to everyone at Community Health Center danbury. Their phone service is miserable though.

I wanted to share my experience with the young lady working in the front. I was not having a good Saturday morning because my printer was not working. I decided to go in the clinic to ask for my COVID test result and the nice young lady greeted me with a positive energy and was not only able to help me print out my COVID result, but I noticed she was very caring and helpful to other patients. Her energy and the ability to communicate with patients is EXCELLENT!

Had a 12 - 12:10 appt for Moderna 2nd vaccine. Waiting in line for 1 hour. Staff is friendly but didn't inform us that the voles are not twafy. They're distributing the Phifer vaccine today.
