I used to go to Dr. O'Brien as a child back in 1980 , I really enjoyed going to the dentist at this time because they were all so nice. I was never nervous. I loved his dentist assistants, I thought they were so beautiful and nice. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my teeth!!

He’s ok . Nothing better or worse then others. The MA says oh you’re hear for reflux. Never had heartburn issue, but hey whatever. I find my own ways to feel better. Unless things are straight forward, doctors never take time to investigate.

Very informative and caring doctor came and spoke to me before and after the procedure, his nurse again the next day and he called me with results from biopsy he took few days later. I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy at the same time. I will definitely keep him as my doctor going forward, I was very impressed and felt comfortable and in very capable hands. I thoroughly recommend to anyone who wants a great doctor who goes out of his way to talk to you before and after the procedure and his experience and confidence shines through, A+ in my book. Thanks.

Dr Daniel O’Brien is a great doctor who takes the time to speak to you before and after your procedure, I had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy. He also calls you personally with your results, not something all doctors do these days. Confident, caring doctor who makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I will keep him as my doctor for the future and recommend him as an excellent doctor.

No problems with Dr. O'Brien at all. But the office environment is like a factory assembly line, efficient but cold and rushed. And huge problems with the Billing Office. Charges were sent direct to a collection agency without ever being billed to me (and also without being anywhere near overdue).

I had a colonoscopy a few weeks back. Never met him before hand. When I got there I was put in a small cold room. he was 45 minutes late so i was in this room for an hour and a half with out a blanket. when I asked for one. They were upset with me. seemed to always want to fence with me. When O'Brien finally came he didn't apologize for being late and barely talked to me. When I went in the room to get the procedure done I was pushed around by the nurses and the doctor was working on the computer and talking on the phone about another case for 15 minutes with me laying there. I have had a lot of procedures done in my life this was by far the worst. I so was not worth his time. When I called to get the results I couldn't talk with the doctor and got the receptionist. It was a bother for her to tell me my results. I'm still not feeling well and I don't know what to do or who to call.

I am not one to leave reviews but I felt compelled to on this issue. Dr O’Brien is a nice guy but that’s about it. I went to him for two years complaining of what I thought was heartburn. He kept recommending prescription medication that wasn’t working. After two years I went to get a second opinion. During my first visit with another Dr they did two tests and quickly diagnosed what my issue was, which was gallstones and he recommended that I remove my gallbladder. These tests or possible diagnosis was never brought up or mentioned with Dr OBrien.

Dr. O’Brien is great! I had an in-office procedure done, and he was so kind and considerate of my comfort, he even called me twice over the subsequent days to check on how I was feeling. He genuinely cares about his patients.

Dr. O’Brien was awesome. I was a bit apprehensive about my colonoscopy but he put me right at ease as soon as he entered the room. I wish all physicians had his bedside manner. And of course the procedure went perfectly which is really the most important part!

Dr. O'Brien is a caring and compassionate doctor who takes the time to explain everything in detail. His bedside manner is incredible. He is the only GI doctor our family will ever go to.
