Great!!!, I have been a patient of Dr Levi for over 15 years and he is the best at handling my back and neck issues. He always spends time with his patients and is very thorough and caring.

enjoy the 2hr wait times, bring your own chair if you want to sit while waiting....next appt, waited over an hour to be told test results, not back. next 2 telepointments and to be told no to what i asked for the first visit. told they dont do that. was told they were sending prescription then didnt. they got to bill my insurance for all of this, when they say at the end they dont do what i asked. should have told me first time, would have been much nicer. i resent my time being wasted

Dr. Levi was recommended to me by my Orthopedic doctor whom I love and adore. (Dr. Gray if anyone needs an excellent ortho doctor. But this is not about him haha) Dr. Levy whom I have been seeing for 10 months now has never been anything but professional, compassionate and understanding of my treatment plan and needs. I am a nurse and you can trust me that he is top notch. I would recommend him to anyone I know and love. Every concern I had , he listened and worked through it with me. I never felt rushed or “a number”. Pain is subjective and it’s a realm I wouldn’t want to enter. I think that people don’t understand all the documentation and hoops he has to jump through to meet your needs. Just as you want him to understand you and your pain, take a minute to try to understand that it’s not as simple as you may think for him. 5 stars? ABSOLUTELY!!!

My elderly mother was seen for chronic back pain. Waited over 2 hours in waiting room and another 1/2 hour in exam room to be seen. This happened at every visit. Dr. Levi ordered an MRI and never called her with results. (She is a high risk cancer patient) After several unreturned calls we took my mom elsewhere where she received exceptional care. Office staff is not helpful and extremely rude. Would not recommend, 1 star is being generous.

Felt I was somewhat rushed with my treatment...staff also seemed a little chaotic and rushed too. Also a very long wait to see anyone in the pre treatment room. .

Went to Danbury office yesterday. Terrible experience. The only reason for any stars, is the receptionist was very professional and compassionate. I sat there for 1 hour in waiting room, seemed like everyone was at least that long, I finally went up and cancelled my appointment. Never again! Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time.
