There are no words except the most spectacular Surgeon there is. Fabulous Doctor. Will try everything to keep you out of surgery. He is incredibly knowledgeable and so so kind. The best bedside manner as well. I cannot say enough about this man. Just AMAZING!

I have never met a doctor so willing to take time with his patients and explain conditions and procedures in layman’s terms. He is not one to push surgery and answers all questions thoroughly. I hope I never need surgery, but if I do, I will not go to anyone else.

My experience with Dr Kramer was horrible. He does not keep appointments. Last Tuesday I arrived at 2:45 for a 3 pm appointment. I explained to his staff that I had to leave at 3:45. They immediately ushered me into a cubicle and said he'd be right in. 55 minutes later no show and I left without seeing him.It was a blatant lie and no one there cared. It's like it's business as usual to waste people's time.This is on top of him making me wait 1.5 hours for my first appointment. I left.They rescheduled and I finally met him after another 45 minute wait.What also bothers me is the culture in his office. Common decency to advise if he is behind is missing and apparently not allowed.I'm looking for another orthopedic provider.

Dr Kramer has been treating me with my back problems for 15 years. I’m sure I wouldn’t be able to do the things I do without his care.

Dr. Kramer was personable, knowledgeable, and available. Previous spine specialists had actually misdiagnosed me, but based on an accurate assessment of my current symptoms, x-rays, and MRI, I am most confident in the next steps he has suggested and will provide.

I have from the recommended Dr Kramer to a few people and they were very very happy with him. I’ve been a patient for seven years. He never rushes me his main concern is me and not what the insurance will pay for. He listens and answers your questions so you can understand them.
