Went to Dr Joseph Giovanni for considerable swelling and pain in wrist. Giving them this rating as I just felt the visit was a big rush. 1st 2 - 3 mins we were asked to take a X-ray. Super efficient staff and operations — Xray took about 5 mins. He walks in again and in the next 3 - 5 mins asks us to get an MRI.He said it cannot be Carpal Tunnel issue, but did not know what it could be.He forgot to mention what we should do between the time Now to MRI, which can take a week sometime. Even we forgot in the whirlwind and then later asked him.It is always nice to go to a doctor who gives you time, listens patiently, answers questions and explain stuff. This was definitely not one of those visits.

Not enough stars to be accurate! Every experience I have had with this practice is beyond expectation, never have we been turned away, have been seen that day on many occasions, this group is the best from the front desk to check out.

My wife went in for surgery and they kept me informed more than once about what stage she was at and how she was doing. Dr. Henshaw was the best. Thank you.

I got a lumbar injection and it was the most painful experience of my life. I was shaking and felt a shock going from my spine to my brain. I was told this was a normal experience, but after seeking care elsewhere I learned this is not the case. I gave two stars as the main clinic is great.

Dr Brand and Chris Geier PA…professional, conscientious, competent… The entire operation at Ortho CT is very well organized. Appointments available same day or next and Imaging is available right there.

John is personable, professional and attentive. This is my second time with a shoulder injury, years apart. I always feel confident with Both John and Dr. Henshaw, and that my diagnosis will be addressed and a successful recovery.

I was seen for a infected bursitis I not only had an appointment rite away but was taken rite way by dr brands assistant he was so patient and very personal he made me feel at ease he removed the fluid with ease and pain free if I could give 10 stars I would I highly recommend this doctor and practice thanks again Jim t
