List of Justin C Paul's Reviews
Dr. Paul inspired confidence as he expeditiously diagnosed and treated my daughter for a dislocated elbow. He made certain he had all pertinent information to ensure appropriate treatment. We are very appreciative for his knowledge and grateful that our little one is back to normal.
Dr Paul performed surgery to remove previous hardware and fuse one cervical level. Dr Paul is very personable and a joy to speak to. He explains your options and exactly what to expect after surgery. I highly recommend him.
I was happy with both Dr. Paul and surgery he performed. Office is competent and efficient.
2 words THANK YOU !!!! I can not thank Dr. Paul enough. Thank you Thank You Thank you. The whole staff was absolutely wonderful. Dont look anywhere else. He is the one to go to.....
Dr. Paul inspired me through his knowledge, confidence and understanding of what a patient is experiencing. His willingness to spend the time to answer your questions, put you at ease and show empathy is refreshing! My surgery was extensive and Dr. Paul and the people he surrounds himself did and continue to do an excellent job!
I went to Dr. Paul in severe middle back pain. He took all the necessary procedures to find the cause, x-rays, then MRI's. The MRI showed a broken bone in my spine. He fixed it by going into the spine and using a cement to mend the bone. After 1 week my pain is gone and I can't thank him enough. I would recommend Dr. Paul for anyone having back pain. He is so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He is one of kindest doctors out there. MANY THANKS!
From the time it was determined I needed back surgery, till the follow up visit after the surgery, Dr Paul and his staff were great. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Paul did an outstanding job with my surgery. After my surgery in February of 2022, the sciatic constant pain and lower back pain was gone. I can tell, I will be able to have a better quality of life. Thank you!
I was referred to Dr. Paul based on my MRI, even though I had no symptoms for almost one year. He met with me and assumed I was ready for surgery. He did not ask me any questions about my case, nor did he ask me how I was feeling, or whether I wanted surgery. He stated that my MRI looked like I needed spinal surgery, but he needed a CAT scan first. When I had my appointment to go over the CAT scan, a tech came in and said they needed to take two more x-rays. I said no because I wanted to discuss my CAT scan first, and ask questions about what are the factors that determine surgery as the best course of treatment over non-surgical alternatives, especially in light of the fact that I had no symptoms. I also wanted to view my CAT scan. Dr. Paul told me I needed surgery because my MRI looked bad. When I asked him if my lack of symptoms might be a disqualifier, he said no. He added that if I was in a car accident and got whiplash, I would receive more trauma to my spine than someone without my issue. I then summarized his answer that it was based on the MRI and extra protection from a possible future car accident, he became agitated. He said I was different than most patients because most people come to him wanting surgery. I happily told him I am my own person and do what I feel is right for me based on information. I thought he would be a good source of information, but he was reluctant to discuss things with me. He came in 20 minutes late for my appointment, so maybe he was in a rush. He then stated that nobody MADE me come to see him, and why was I there. I told him it was because another doctor in the practice referred me to him, and I was considering my options if symptoms returned, or he could give me a good reason why I should have surgery now. I consented to the radiographs and he came in to dismiss me, but I said I would like to view the x-rays and CAT scan. He stated he had already viewed them. I asked to view them. He showed me the x-rays they took that day and never showed me the CAT scan. He said we should monitor my condition and left the room. I have ordered a copy of my CAT scan so I can find someone willing to view AND discuss my options within a calm and caring disposition. In his own words, Dr. Paul is not used to discussing things because the majority of his patients don't want to. Sad.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
