Dr Sealey is very competent but the extreme wait times are unacceptable. Over 1 hour consistently 5x I've been to him. Just makes me think he's jammin patients in to make every buck that he can which doesn't make me feel warm and cozy Once in a while OK but every time is just not right

I would have given 0 stars if it weren´t for the efficiency of the staff. This doctor is rude and made me feel embarrassed that I was even in his office. His tone and arrogance were degrading.

I'm baffled as to why there are ANY negative comments about this wonderful provider or his staff. Have just been seen for Achilles issue and could not have had a better experience. From check-in to appointment to check-out. Dr. Sealey and his staff were attentive, knowledgeable and helpful.

I had a horrible bunion problem on my left foot for over 40 years , it was very painful and also it made feel so sad it Was also oversized and ugly , I had surgery done With Dr Seally five years ago and I can’t thank him enough , he is a wonderful doctor.Today I look on my foot and I can’t believe that it is the same foot without the ugly painful bunion ,He is the best 👏👏 .

Dr Sealey was such an amazing doctor! I’ve never been injured or needed surgery before so the whole process was scary to me. But he made everything so easy and made sure that I felt comfortable before going into surgery. After my surgery I was worried about a scar but my foot healed up SO nicely!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a foot or ankle injury tended too. He is top notch and I wouldn’t see any other doctor!

Entire process not respectful of patient time. Follow up visit could have been done by reviewing the chart and notes from the referring physician and a phone call. Save some time by googling your symptoms and just buy an insert from Amazon. Arrogant shoe salesman. Waste of time. All forms had been filled out previously were filled out again. Some questions asked 2 or 3 times.

After a successful knee joint replacement by Dr. Michael Brand, I came to Dr. Randolph Sealey (in the same OrthoCT practice) with a severe sprained ankle, for which he successfully guided me through temporary medical supports and PT directions. During diagnosis, he noted a significant lack of cartilage between the leg bone (s) and ankle. He successfully guided me through the sprain recovery and PT, and suggested the only real solution was a partial-joint replacement (like my knee). He patiently explained the surgical process, initial recovery and the longer term physical therapy. The surgery went well, and I am now pain free with full motion. Throughout the pre-and post surgery, he was thoughtful, thorough, and listened to my concerns. I know made the right choice, and have recommended Dr. Sealey to others contemplating similar ankle therapies

After having done my own research into my situation, I came to Dr. Sealy to go over what I thought could be the problem, an Accessory Soleus Muscle. He told me with much certainty that this could not be possible and that accessory muscles do not grow that "low" in the leg. Turns out after the MRI, it is an accessory muscle. When i went for the follow up he didn't even address his wrong comments about how it would be impossible. He also said he had never done this type of surgery before as it is very rare, but then went on to tell me that when he has encountered accessory muscles that he's removed them. So, now your telling me you have seen them (so why did you tell me it was impossible to be that low) also that you've removed them before, so why did you tell me you hadn't. He was caught in a lie and i could tell it, he was stumbling on his words and was getting very quick with me. He also told me that it wasn't up to him to make me feel comfortable as my surgeon and that it was up to me to feel comfortable with him. I canceled the surgery and went elsewhere. I am 1 day post op and glad i didn't proceed with this lying, condescending doctor. I DO NOT recommend him.

I chose this doctor based on the reviews, but was extremely disappointed in the events that followed. To make a long story short, the doctor was caught in a lie when asked if he performed a specific surgery. First, he tells me no he hasn't performed such a surgery but then proceeded to tell me that when he has encountered the accessory muscle, that he has in fact removed it, well isn't that performing the surgery? In addition, he told me it wasn't his position to make me feel comfortable getting the surgery with him and that was on me to feel comfortable. Excuse me? You're the surgeon! It absolutely is your responsibility that your patient feels comfortable and confident in the abilities you display. I ended up getting the surgery elsewhere, with a Podiatrist who still hadn't performed this rare surgery but made me feel confident in his confidence. Also, this doctor makes you wait no less than 45 minutes for a visit each time.
