Love him as a doctor. Make you feel very relax and hopeful about your treatment plan. Has become a great friend also after many years of knowing him.

Dr Gray is really nice guy and very forward. He'll tell you how it is and I like that! Great doctor! I would love to give him a hug for all he has done for me ❤️

Diagnosed by Dr Gray with arthritis of lumbar spine & spinal stenosis. Prescribed PT that has not helped pain or balance issues. He says I don’t need any more follow up. I’m giving up on him & have chosen another orthopedic surgeon in NY State.

Dr Gray treated my ankle injury and did not have the expertise for the complexity of my situation. After 3 surgeries and a non union bone graft I decided to find another Dr.Dr Gray said that I would never walk again unless I had an ankle fusion. He discouraged me from getting a second opinion and said that if I wanted one that I should ask him for advise on who to see for that second opinion.I’m glad that I did not listen to him. I found another Dr and he performed reconstructive surgery and I was able to walk again without a fusion. I have great range of motion.

He may know what he is doing but, he does not get the chance to demonstrate it. There are better doctors within the practice. They do not work for your insurance company - they work for you. Dr Gray has more of a focus on what your insurance company wants to do. Would not reccomend.

Being a patient of Dr. Gray for the past five years. I must say that whether it is in his Danbury or the Ridgefield office, his staff always made all efforts to accommodate either me or my family. My appointments were always on time and his assistants always courteous and knowledgeable. I have had Dr Gray's help numerous times relieving me of pain that no one else did. Yesterday was another one of these events, which prompted me to write this review with thanks for a treatment and diagnostics that other Surgeons have failed. Thank you Dr. Gray.

Just had ankle surgery a few day ago, excellent care and attention to details! 👍👍, I don’t think there are enough words to express my gratitude for Doctor. Gray F Scott MD! I will be happy to continue updatting posts. His team are amazing! 🌹🌹

Dr. Gray has been my doctors for many years. He takes him time, he is friendly and can be funny at times. Love him, I highly recommend him.

Goes above and beyond to provide the right care. I really appreciate the help with my on going issues on my feet. To him there wasn't a silly question, took the time to explain to me and direct me in the right path so I may deal with my on going issues.

I called the offices and requested a Back Specialist for some pain I was having. I was told Dr. Gray was an expert in this area and he'd be able to properly diagnose me. Dr. Gray was a nice man but with all due respect, he didn't come off as very knowledgeable when it came to the back. I had to get multiple sets of X-Rays because the nurses didn't even know where my pain was to begin with (they got lower back X-Rays when the pain is in my upper back) and Dr. Gray proceeded to review my X-Rays saying he "thinks" there is nothing wrong. He proceeded to indicate that he wasn't sure what was wrong with my back and he prescribed me Physical Therapy at their in house facility. I expressed my disinterest in PT and asked if there were any other solutions, In the past for similar issues I have gotten cortisone shots, prednisone tapers, etc. I was simply looking to discuss whether there was alternative treatments. His answer was "deal with the pain" Dr. Gray was bouncing between 3-5 patients at the time and clearly wasn't invested in my problem. It wasn't until I saw a Chiropractor that I realized Dr. Gray was NOT a back specialist, despite his office leading me to believe he'd be knowledgeable in this area. I'm sure Dr. Gray makes a great foot/ankle doctor when he isn't juggling 5 patients, but I will never be going back to their offices again. I was disgusted with the care I received and left frustrated.
