Very disappointed. The office staff does not treat patients with courtesy and respect. The doctor appointment was just 5 min and made me think about the risk of unnecessary surgery.
Excellent care and excellent results
My father went in for an Aortic Aneurysm Repair. He had the procedure done at the Hospital 3 months ago approximately. He was released from the Norwalk Hospital and the next day he said he didn't feel Normal and Dropped. He was working part time up until the Procedure. He is now 3 months in the ICU at Norwalk Hospital. 2 of the Surgeons there performed the operation I am his son and have not heard from Anyone in the practice for over 2 months.
Was charged an additional 852 dollars after a surgery which I was told would help w pain management. As my primary doctor said, whatever they did didn't work. Unless your doing this for pure vanity and have unlimited cash don't waste your time. I'm in my 30s and would not do the surgery again
Horrible experience. Very unprofessional, had an appointment for 1:45pm left the office at 3:55pm. The only thing performed was an ultrasound(5 mins) that showed no issues. Which was great, but at the same time there seemed to be no solution to my issue other than "give it more time". They were backed up on appts and had me wait 40mins due to their lack of time management. Dr. Bowman was very short rushing the appointment. Felt like a complete waste showing up to this office. To top it off The staff also lacked basic courtesy to check in with me. I'm not sure if folks were just having a bad day but jeez what a waste of time.
What a waste of time! The doctor was an idiott!!! I walked in and told him I have Waldenstrom which is a rrc we form oof blood cancer , and he said he never heard of this.. I guess I should have walked out at rHst beery moment but I was hopeful he could help.Waldenstrom is a rare blood cancer that caused aN increase In protein which causes the blood to flow slowerI also was told years ago I have Raynaud Told him that I have leg pain,Last time of "attack" it turns out my leg was 3-4 degrees colder than my left: My legs feel cold as soon as I walk into the kitchen which is cold too begin with;Told him I was hospitalized for this;Neurologist in Boston said not neuropathy, nor radiculopathy; not peripheral neuropathy , His answer is, see a psychiatrist He said the other doctors must have been thinking aBout it bit didn't tell youWhat a blooming idiot!!! Wheeee in the world did he get his degree!!! He should be fIred
Dr. Paul Gagne, my Vascular expert , who has done a tremendous job treating me for years, is not only brilliant in his profession but also great on their commercials. :) highly recommend this practice. The doctors and staff are top notch and very well suited for customer service. Thank you for the years of caring and treatment. Other high grade notables very instrumental in my treatment is Dr. Ben Marsan and Dr. Stephen Bauer. All life savers. Literally. Thank you. Radiology crew also deserves applause.
Well, sorry to say but it just got worse. Staff never responded to phone inquiry for important matter. This office staff is incredibly poor.
Rude staff throughout the facility. Attitudes and remarks. Totally unnecessary. Who hires these rude people? Who manages them? Ridiculous.
5 stars for exceptional patient care. The employees work as a team to provide a top notch experience for their patients. No medical problem is too small or too large for this office to handle. This is a one stop office for vascular, endovascular and cosmetic treatments. Thank you for everything you do!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
