Unfriendly staff, doctor should stick to PULMONARY, better yet, he should retire.

Called office today to set-up appt as a new patient and the office staff was very unfriendly and asked too much personal information over the phone such as SSN and nationality. She seemed very rude from the beginning of the call. Would not go to this office ever.

Dr Schweitzer is affilated with the Hewitt Health and Rehab Facility.My Mom is in this facility and he is coordinating her care. There were several issues, however the main issue was that he managed my mom's care without prior records.He never requested them therefore he really was unable to accurately mange her care. She lost 15 lbs under his supervison in less than 3 weeks and he did not feel there was adequate reason to have a physical. She had a bedsore which she got in the 3 weeks under his care and once again he did not respond.I would not have him caring for my dog let alone my mother of 81 years old.
