Dr. Barajas and the entire team at Griffin Health are amazing! They are compassionate, caring, and the medicine they practice is trustworthy and comprehensive. For me, they have made a difficult diagnosis and treatment as easy, understandable, and as pleasant as possible. I travel from Long Island, NY to be treated by Dr. Barajas and the team at Griffin because there is no one else I trust more with my health.

Dr. Barajas is a fantastic Breast Surgeon! She's compassionate and really answers all your questions in full detail. She welcomes any questions you may have in regards to your treatment. I can't say enough about her...She's one of the best!

I used to go with my best friend to see Dr Barajas and the staff. So when I found out I was diagnosed with breast cancer I immediately knew I wanted to be treated by Dr Barajas. She is very gentle and listens. Love that she addresses the patient with eye to eye contact. Everyone at this facility is professional and very kind ...feels like one big family . I travel from hamden but don't mind the distance at all.

Dr. Barajas was recommended to me by my ob/gyn when I discovered a lump in my breast. If not for this recommendation I likely would not have sought out a surgeon at Griffin Hospital. She is quiet, caring, delicate with her words, & spends a good amount of time with the patient and family members to explain your surgery options and the process. My lumpectomy was a 100% success and her skill and attention to detail is clearly evident by the fact that I barely have a scar on my breast ! The staff at her office are very friendly, helpful and caring too. The only thing I didn’t like about her is that she was the one who called to say “We see some cancer” :-( No one wants to hear those words, but I would definitely recommend Dr. Barajas to anyone who wants to have a seasoned, respected surgeon on their medical team.
