Great first visit with Dr. Biggs . I felt very comfortable and she understood my problem and prompt to help. The nurse was friendly and accommodating and the office staff welcoming.

Most uncaring dr I’ve ever seen. Trusted her with surgery & had major issues after — she never even returned calls… my partner even tried contacting her after 3 of my attempts were unsuccessful. Took 3 days to get someone from their office to call back. She is condescending , rushes through appts & gaslights you. Stay clear. Grace Biggs is a good physician, but, trying to get through by phone has become extremely frustrating. Although I updated my number, the staff continues to use a phone not convenient. Grrr!!!!!!!

My visit was easy,quick, professional, and to the point. Dr. Biggs explained everything and made sure I understood. I don't have a problem going back to resolve my problem, I'm totally confident in her expertise.

Grace Biggs botched my surgery. A same day surgery turned into a 4 day nightmare in Griffen Hospital, Derby. She never came to see me, told the other doctors to just send me home etc. I was so close to getting sepsis and could have died. She never owned up to her mistake. The Hospital is fully aware of this incident of malpractice. I have no fear of slander as it is all documented in the records. I would love to have the chance to bring her to court. Never,NEVER, trust this woman with your medical care. She was rude and unsympathetic even so much to the other doctors in the ER surprise. Thank God they did not follow her orders. She should not be working.

ALWAYS taken on time. Everyone on the office staff, the nurses and the physician are 5 stars good!! Friendly, helpful, caring.

Inexperienced and unprofessional. Had me scheduled for radical surgery. Thankfully got a second opinion and have been successfully managing my issues with simple medications and no surgery needed after all. When I left her practice for these reasons, she called me twice to come back. Very bizarre and unethical.
