Julia Bonks does not fully explain procedures to parents. I took my daughter in to have what I thought was a deep cleaning as explained by Bonks, but they day of appointment the hygienist informs me that my child was there to get 6 fillings!! I was unaware of my child having 6 cavities and was told at the prior visit all she needed was another cleaning with “white paint” after asking all of my questions, and giving Bonks the Ok to work on my child, bonks walks out of the room, brings the office manager into the room and tells the manager that she does not want to work on my child. I’m at lost because what is the issue? I asked my questions, I got and understanding, gave bunks the on to work on my child then bonks says she doesn’t want to work on my child and just like that my child was turned away. I feel like bonks discriminated against my child and because I asked questions she didn’t think I need to ask? I will never book an appointment with Julia Bonks again. She picks and chooses her patients and if you’re BLACK AFRICAN AMERICAN she DOES NOT WANT TO ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS, and will TURN YOU AWAY

I saw Dr. Julie Bonks on Saturday 9/17/16. Herself and her practice were amazing. She was honest truthful and we were able to come up with a treatment plan together after discussing option. The girls in practice were patient, kind and courteous. I can't say enough about my experience there highly recommend. Also I called today about xrays on 9/19/16, they are closed I didn't know this but they called me back anyway!!! Phenomenal!!
