This review is not about the doctor as she is very nice but about the staff and liaison to J&L Medical Supply. I have tried countless times to get an appointment with J&L as my cpap machine is broken and for supplies. I have had to order supplies through Amazon as a result. I finally had an appointment today but they cancelled due to the fact the technician truly had a medical emergency which I understand (I took the day off for this appointment )but they would not fit me in on another day until way into the future. I was promised call backs. The doctors receptionist was very rude and the liaison never called to help me. I have to give a low review because these are the people who are the first ones you see and talk to. I am having my records transferred to another physician.

explains ...innovative thinking of alternatives ...always cheerful but always thinks thru problems .... takes time in what we know is a very busy schedule ....takes time to call to see how you are feeling .....just great
