We stopped going here because they refused to give antibiotics for an impacted wisdom tooth. Had to get a referral from my oral surgeon to get the medication I needed. Waisted 40$ for them to tell me to use Tylenol to prevent infection. Honestly CVS minute clinic is your best bet to get the care you need (surprising i know).

Prompt, knowledgeable & efficient. The nurse that collected my vitals & then returned to collect blood for labs was very good at her craft. I literally did not feel the needle despite watching it enter my arm. Some magic touch she’s got. 👏

Can't recommend them. Never called back with my test results. After two days without improvement was forced to visit another urgent care where received a prescription for antibiotics and was diagnosed with acute tonsillitis

I went because my ear was clogged with wax and I couldn't hear anything. They were so caring. They took such good care of me. I will always come to them because of the wonderful service. My ears feel so much better and I'm happy to be able to hear again. I highly recommend Physician One Urgent Care.

The provider came in asked what I was there for. I was there for a sore throat, congestion, and chills. She then listened to my lungs and looked in my mouth. She never looked at my ear, felt my neck, or looked in my nose. When I asked for a COVID test, as I could've been exposed at work, she asked why I didn't do one at home. At the end of the visit she said she would give me two steroid pills and a lidocaine mouth wash. I am going on day 5 of being sick and am prone to sinus infections. Two steroid pills wouldn't have helped. Worst experience ever.
