I was “removed” as a patient due to moving appointments due to COVID exposure.. I guess they would prefer me to bing COVID to the office. Also the “office manager” decided to overtake me the whole time and not listen to anything that was said. Very rude and disrespectful Very disappointed that the Dr. Would have such a horrible office manager. Since I really liked having him as my primary care.

Absolutely, unbelievable poor experience w this office. By an honest mistake we missed our appt. We profusely apologized to receptionist. Office manager refused to accept our apology and rebook appt. I didn’t realize that there is a person on earth that has never made a mistake. I can’t believe that Dr.Accomando knows this is how his staff treats his patients. I guess I should take it as a blessing in disguise. Certainly wouldn’t want to be part of a practice that treats people so poorly.

No. Due to his office manager. We apologized profusely for missing an appt. It was by mistake that I put it on calendar on the wrong date. She refused to accept our apology and rebook our appt. I can’t believe that if Dr Accomando knew about this that he would not accept our apology. We are only human and it was a genuine mistake.

Never got to meet him. By a complete error on our part of missing our appt. his office manager would not allow us to rebook our appt. We apologized profusely for our mistake. I want to believe that if Dr. Accomando knew of this that he would have allowed us to rebook. If this is who is running his office I wouldn’t want to be a part of it.
