I love this office. My 7 year old daughter as well as my 7 month old son go here. The doctor is kind, explains everything, and my children love her. The staff in front are always nice and help out whenever I need it. Very family friendly and I will continue going to this office because I trust that they know what they are doing. Also, I recommend other should bring their children here. I have never had a bad experience and have two happy healthy children because of them.

I had been a long time Patient of Dr Palazzolo for years. All f my children loved her and her staff, they were like family every time you went into the office. When the staff started changing a lot and when her daughter came on things changed. The service has gone down hill. Her daughter is clueless and more interested in talking about pointless cartoons and doesn't seem to have a clue about the medical world at all. She also dances and hops around the office like she is two. The front end staff seems to change very frequently and this is bothersome because none of them seem to have a clue either. The only one left from the good old staff is Patty and she is great but only there in the mornings.

I recently left Dr palazzolo office. Not becaise she is a bad doctor but because she employs her duaghter that seems to have no idea what she is doing. She is impatient with the children who do not seem to follow instructions imeadiatly. One of the other staff who i will not name so not yo get her in trouble even told her in a round about way to move on but she didn't get the hint. She talk on and on about herself and meaningless cartoon my children do not even watch nor eould I let them. The other staff are very nice and good to deal with. The doctor seems to know her daught is like this and does nothing about it. She allows her to sit at her desk and plays games while the others run around busy. She also told my daughter the office was haunted and if she didn't behave the ghost was go ok ng to get her. I did not bother talkinv to the doctor about this cause let face it it is her daughter and she wont do anything anyways. My friend said something to her once about pulling wrong vaccines and she just mistakes happen. Well not whem it comes to my kids it doesn't that is why we can't bear to stay.

Dr Palazzolo's office used to be the best around but since some of her good staff has left and she hired her daughter it has gone down hill. Her daughter is very childish and seems to maybe have some type of disability. She is not someone that should be working with children let alone public. I had to leave her office it was so out of control. The doctor also doesn;t seem to do any morning appointments which were best for me. I woul not reccoment anyone use this office.

We were just in Dr. Palazzolo's office recently and will now be looking for a new pediatrician. We have tried repeatedly to overlook certain things with some of her staff but when they cannot weigh or figure out how to measure your child that puts you over the edge. Getting an accurate weight on a child is important for dosing of medicine. The Dr's daughter had my child's weight almost 5 pounds off. The Dr. knows her daughter makes these errors all the time and many others.

Our regular doctor isn't open on Thursdays and the answering service referred us to this Palazzolo character. If my 7 month old daughter wasn't in such pain with an ear infection I would have turned around and left as soon as I saw the building. I really should have known better. It looks like an abandoned laundromat. When you go in the front door there isn't even a sign to the office, so I went in the first door and that was apparently the door to the back office or break room or something. Again I should have left. Dr. Palazzolo is loud and doesn't seem very competent, and the office staff seemed clueless except for one kindly old lady that seems to be keeping the place open. My poor kid was sick for a few days and getting worse, so we went ahead with it. She had every sign of an ear infection and I have an otoscope for ear inspection so I can self diagnose to a large extent. It was a no brainer. It had been getting worse for a few days and was pretty obviously not just a cold. She did check both ears which is good, but I had to correct her several times while she was filling out the chart as to which ear it was. She admitted that she couldn't see in my daughter's infected ear because of wax. She had to go hunt around the office to find a wax removal kit which she didn't know how to use. She wasn't able to get the wax out (my kid is as still as a doll, so I'm not sure how it could have been less of a challenge). So she diagnosed based on the symptoms, which was acceptable. She was loud and not very informative, and completely incapable of listening at all when I tried to explain that we were using saline spray as she was recommending. She just went on and on about it. The doctor had some left/right trouble when I was trying to explain which ear it was, mostly because she is so loud and such a poor listener. My 2 year old who is usually very social was terrified of her and trying to hide behind my legs under the chair. She also offered to prescribe eye drops and said that was a common thing to use for an ear infection so I said fine, I just wanted out of there. When my wife picked up the prescription on her way home from work the eye drops were almost $100! They were completely not needed, and there is no generic for them! I called the pharmacy thinking it was a mistake because I was led to believe by the doctor that they were normal eye drops but the pharmacist checked again, and apologized and even agreed with me that it was an unusual prescription but that the doctor had ordered it. Please don't take your kids to this place!!! For their safety and your financial future!

Dr. Palazollo seemed very receptive to all of my concerns. She took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. When making an appointment when my children were sick I had no problem. The wait time was minimal, and they had two nurses come in to take vitals and ask questions (so one could be with each child), which made it easier for me (not having to hold a fussy baby while trying to comfort a sick toddler). It also made that portion of the appointment breeze by. The Dr. spent a lot of time with the kids, and went over everything the nurses had asked. She was extremely thorough, and helpful, even making sure that the medical equipment my daughter needed would be covered by our insurance. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I really like this office. What I like best though, is that my children like the office, and the Doctor!

Dr. palazzolo is inefficient... Seems onlyto care about the "almighty Dollar" always different partners and her staffhas absolutely no experience. She overlooked my child's medical problem, said it was nothing and later found out it was indeed very serious.
