Very kind clean and fast
Friendly and caring staff. I didn’t have a long wait and they were able to get my situation resolved relatively quickly. I have used this location in the past and will continue to go back if needed. I highly recommend using this location.
I went to a different urgent care a few days before this one because I wasn’t feeling well. The other place told me it was a cold, but I knew it was worse. I went here. The wait was short. They called me in, and right away, the doctor knew it was pneumonia. He was even able to identify where in my lungs it was. He prescribed some antibiotics to me and they worked like a gem. Took 30-45 minutes for them to be filled at a nearby pharmacy which wasn’t bad at all!

My sister and I took my mother in as she was crying in pain that her kidney hurt. Our mom has dementia and dr Alex was wonderful with her. He treated her with dignity and respect. Dr Alex had our mom go for and ultrasound to rule out kidney stones. He told us he believed it was a pulled muscle but was extremely thorough with her. Dr Alex also followed up with us then next day.
I was seen promptly. The receptionist was very pleasant and made my registration easy. The PA was very professional and prescribed meds for my bronchitis . The website is simple to navigate and I made an appointment easily. I will always use this Urgent Care for future visits
I made an appointment hours in advanced only to sit and watch walk-ins be prioritized. When I asked how much longer it'll be after 30 minutes had passed i was just told their busy. I cancelled and will just go to the better walk in across the street tomorrow.
UPDATE 5/17/23: Despite their response below, it has been 2 weeks, and I have not received any response from HHC. I summited yet another inquiry to them today. Third time is the charm? I've lost any trust in my care with HHC. Summary: They charged my for COVID testing, and won't fix the code to bill it correctly to my insurance. Story: In December 2021, I went for a COVID test. I received a bill in Dec 2022 for this visit, charging near $200. Since we were in a pandemic, I was trying to do the right thing and test to determine if I needed to quarantine. When I spoke to my health insurance, they indicated it should have been *free* to prevent the spread of the virus, and that HHC coded it wrong. I relayed this to them, but they never gave me an update, or apparently corrected it - ticket went unanswered. I received yet another bill, and opened yet another ticket in May 2023. They are now trying to blame insurance when it's their error. I even explained that I went for a second COVID test a few months later - billed and coded differently, and 100% covered by insurance. I cannot get a straight answer as to why two identical visits are coded and billed differently. I'd rather just get COVID again instead of going here for treatment.
Staff and doctors are professional and friendly. The doctor sits down and takes time with you, answering your questions.
