I recently switched PCPs after seeing the same doctor since I was 12 because I was feeling sick for so long and now it’s gotten to the point where it’s difficult for me to function. I’m a healthy active mom who was desperate for someone to help me after being ignored or mistreated. I am so lucky to have found the APRN, Gabriel B. I’ve been a nurse for 15 years and have dealt with many offices and physicians and they/she is by far the most compassionate and proactive. I made more progress in two weeks than I had with my last PCP of 20 years. My husband switched to Dr Starkey and he has had the same fantastic experience. I’m so glad I made the switch. Joanne, the patient care associate is also extremely helpful and reliable. said i no showed twice but didnt so they couldnt make me an apt, rude receptionist
Unless you want to wait on hold for at least 20 minutes every time you call, or not receive calls back from your providers after multiple messages, or be sent for the wrong tests that don't follow protocol that was only learned after the fact, this is not the place for you. Horrible experience.
The front desk is terrible. I had an emergency and called the office in the morning. The woman who answered the call told me to go to the office at 2pm to see Dr Deb. When I got there, I was told by the front desk that I didn’t have an appointment!I told them it was obviously someone made me error not logging my time slot in the system, otherwise how would you explain I’m here, plus I have to take the time off my work! The woman with glasses at the front desk kept telling me that I didn’t have an appointment because it was not in the system! How frustrating that was!!Eventually someone else helped me out and was able to fit in. And guess what, I was finally able to see Dr. Deb that I was told to see in the morning! All I want to say is please hire the right person with good customer skills who knows how to handle this type of issues instead of chasing the patient away. Convenient location, new building, lots of resources, easy check in, simple payment online, variety of medical professionals available, phlebotomist on site, friendly staff, PCR drive up tests available. No reason not to like this place!
I have an 8:45 am appointment confirmation text message stating my appointment is confirmed for 8:45 am on December 8th. I arrive at 8:35 am for my appointment, they say we've no showed you because your appointment is at 8:15 am. They tell me we cannot see you until 4 pm today. I tell them I have a confirmation text stating my appointment time, Starling then states were having issues with our scheduling system, they say we will have a supervisor contact you. A supervisor calls me while I'm sitting in the waiting area and she tells me they only have one cardio tech on the other one had to leave for an emergency and in the same breath tells me "we can't have you creating a scene". I'm beyond frustrated and disrespected by the supervisor for telling me that. Her name i believe is Danielle. I’ve had difficulties almost every time I try to schedule an appointment or refill a prescription. I’ve called 3 days in a row and multiple times a day and gotten a busy dial tone. Really terrible serviceUpdate: I had a wellness visit where my doctor asked about my wellness and performed everything that they said was in the physical, but it was billed and recorded as a follow up visit for medication so my insurance wouldn’t cover the visit. They called me about my bill, but I had to wait on hold for 15 minutes and then they didn’t even know why I called. They also refused to change the bill to a wellness visit, even though that’s what was performed. This is the worst provider I’ve ever been to.

Dr. Starkey and the APRN staff are all awesome. My main complaint is actually trying to reach someone in the office. The phone system invariably is busy or will ring for 20-30 minutes before shuttling you off to a voicemail box that is never checked.
